Shivani Dallas’ Real Estate career began in 2005. She is proud to have saved over 160 families from foreclosure in the past 4 years. Her success rate speaks for itself! She has had the opportunity to build strong relationships with liaisons directly within the banks. In 2006, the short sale was not something that Real Estate Boards or Schools were teaching. It was pretty much “unknown territory”. Shivani had the foresight to start developing the necessary relationships within upper management of major banks and also putting the proper systems in place to get these short sales completed. She rolled up her sleeves and dove right in to educate herself and understand the how to close default properties successfully. Well – this foresight paid off greatly as 60% of today’s Real Estate Market in AZ is comprised of default properties.
Shivani received her Broker’s License in 2009 and is currently an Associate Broker at Remax Infinity. Today, her knowledge and experience has taken her career to another level. She frequently meets with Short Sale divisions of large banks to give them her personal input and guidance with transaction efficiency. She also speaks to large Realtor groups to help them develop a system so that they are prepared for upcoming changes within the Real Estate industry. Her personal belief is that Arizonians are resilient and we shall overcome this volatile market with the proper guidance!
