Dolores Seright, Passport To Your Dreams, LLC, is an expert leadership development coach and author of a forthcoming book on leadership. She can teach you the skills to skyrocket your business to the next level as you become a leader and expert. During her 20-year career she successfully trained and coached many people to higher levels of success. She was highly successful as a corporate trainer, division manager and regional business director. Dolores learned the value of mentors and personal coaches to navigate the corporate environment. Through focus and dedication, she was able to determine her personal path to success. She also discovered a passion for coaching others to achieve their potential and succeed in their careers and made a decision to leave the corporate world to pursue her personal dream of coaching and mentoring others to success. Dolores also has had the experience of being a small business owner and is uniquely able to understand the challenges faced by business owners who are struggling to take their business to a higher level of success.
Dolores faced a personal challenge with a breast cancer diagnosis and made a decision to work full time while undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatments. She and her region were committed to success and they achieved the #1 ranking in her division under her leadership. She is dedicated to teaching others skills they can utilize for a lifetime.
Dolores also believes in the importance of giving back to the community and volunteers as a career coach and conducts training workshops at Fresh Start Women’s Foundation.
