About Paula

Paula Gallagher has worked in the field of psychology for over two decades. Her psychological advising and consultation covers a myriad of practice including counseling, business and team design/evaluation, professional leadership, community liaison, psychometric testing, behavioral management, research, marketing, and development. Her areas of proficiency comprise of parental alienation, self-mastery, relational dynamics, and systemic evaluation. Throughout her career she has assisted individuals, families, couples, and businesses in guiding them to a heightened level of development. Paula’s consultation and expertise has been sought after by CEO’s, celebrities, and businesses.

Paula’s a graduate from Seton Hall University with a Ph.D. in Family Psychology and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. She also obtained a Masters in Social Psychology with a minor in Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In addition, she is a certified School Psychologist in the states of Arizona and NJ. Her conceptual approach to working with people is systemic and action oriented.

Paula is originally from New Jersey and has resided in Scottsdale/Phoenix for over 10 years. She was awarded the Twin Management Scholarship, PEO Scholarship, and American Association of University Women Scholarship. In addition, she is a published author and in her spare time continues her literary pursuits. In addition to Paula’s terminal degree in education, she has the most amazing talent to interject her dynamic personality, training, and life experience to any business or personal project and see it through to successful fruition.
