Recognizing an unmet need in the Professional Employee Organization (PEO) and Payroll fields, Ms. Flores helped launch and bridge the gap between the needs of small business owners and the objectives of remaining financially viable and competitive.

Prior to forming MFS, Ms. Flores built a successful PEO / Payroll career while rising through the ranks with notables such as various local and national chambers, local and national banking relationships, not for profit organizations, just to name a few.  Ms. Flores has a background in sales and management which have served her well in acquiring top talent and growing MFS to a national level. Under the leadership of Ms. Flores, MFS has expanded their current service menu to include a variety of progressive solutions for clients such as, but not limited to group health, workers comp, and payroll card option.

Ms. Flores remains committed to the local community as well as passionate about the need for a strong relationship with clients.
