At some point, everyone needs an attorney. We believe everyone should have access to an attorney when they need one, and have created a model in order to meet that goal. We have attorneys who specialize in all aspects of Family Law, Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Estate Planning, Bankruptcy, Immigration and more. Our low cost, limited scope model is different from other attorney models in that we do not charge any retainer fees, we charge a low hourly rate of $99/hour, and offer clients as much or as little help as they need. We are available for everything from general coaching to in-court representation.

About Billie
Billie Tarascio is the owner and founder of Access Legal Services. The Company was originally opened in Oregon in 2008 and currently has locations in Eugene, Oregon, Mesa, Arizona and is expanding into a central valley location in the fall of 2010.
While limited scope legal services is not a new concept, it has gained recent popularity with both national and local bar associations in an effort to increase Access to Justice. Many firms incorporate limited scope services into their traditional model of services, but Access Legal Services is the first legal firm in Arizona to practice exclusively limited scope services and at such a low rate.
